An Unusual Suspect
A newer participant presented today with the usual suspects – pain, tension, repetitive stress injuries and feeling rather limited within their body. As I began their obnosis, they expressed something more – an unusual suspect – emotional pain. Since an extended session was booked for other purposes, I asked if we might switch our game plan and target this. The time couldn’t be better as the feeling was immediate and present as well as rather intense. We combined three processes and ended with the Alphabiotic
New Discovery in Human Body
Alphabiotic participants frequently tell me their immune system is stronger – they report fewer colds and flu as well as faster recoveries, more resiliency, etc. We attributed this to the impact substantive stress relief should have on endocrine activity, hormone levels and body chemistry, not to mention more esoteric effects on one’s state of consciousness and ‘energy body’ (e.g. one’s aura and quality/quantity of chi). A new and amazing discovery that the lymph system extends all the way into the brain creates a mechanical connection never before documented.
Alphabiotics and Addiction
Recently a friend inquired concerning Alphabiotics and its effect on addictive behavior. My reply: Dear Xxxx, Yes, certainly we have helped many with addiction. Addictive tendencies are exacerbated by stress. I have even noticed this myself, e.g. when I am stressed, the desire to use gaming apps, serially, on my iPhone, over-trading, etc. When the brain’s reward center (nucleus accumbens) is activated, the ensuing dopamine ‘high’ seems to temporarily relief the undesirable emotional effects of stress. This leads to addictive behavior, as one ‘hit’ of
Expo Fun – Holism vs. Reductionism – Some Results
We exhibited in January at The 12th Annual Fit For Life Expo and, as usual, had some amazing experiences to share… Besides the usual – aches, pains and stiffness finding relief, and the tired and weary getting a twinkle back in their eyes, and glow in their faces, we had three more noteworthy cases: A young women, about 30, had been diagnosed by MD’s last summer with either rheumatoid arthritis or lupus. I know, right? That’s like saying you either have a cold or a flu.
Exeter, NH Exciting Alphabiotic Results!
On December 13th, The Boston Alphabiotic Center visited Much Kneaded Massage LLC in Exeter NH, owned by Melody Fowler, LMT. We presented the Alphabiotic message and 11 people experienced Alphabiotics for the first time ever. We had some pretty amazing results! THREE OUTCOMES: One participant had her shoulder replaced 7 years earlier, and it was frozen and painful. I later learned she had a migraine headache as well. After the Alignment, her shoulder came completely unfrozen and has normal range of motion. She related:
Alphabiotics! What’s That?
“Alphabiotics! What’s that?” Of course, this is the question I am most frequently asked. I have learned to answer very simply: “Alphabiotics is the applied science of stress relief and recovery”. But, does that answer mean anything to anyone? My mind begins to race. What can I say next? Does he or she have any idea how destructive stress is? How it effects your body, mind and spirit? Does this person even believe they have a problem with stress? You may be wondering why I
